We ship internationally from China to most countries and regions, including:

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

Depending on your region and delivery speed, we use:

  • EMS / SF Express

  • FedEx / UPS / AAE

  • DHL (upon request or availability)

Please note: If you have a preferred courier, let us know at checkout.

⏱ Processing Time & Order Confirmation

  • All orders are shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Before dispatch, we will send an email to verify your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and email.

  • After confirmation, each item will be individually inspected and packaged with protective care to minimize damage during transit.

💸 Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Product prices do not include shipping fees or import taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs costs

  • We will declare packages reasonably to reduce customs risk but cannot guarantee tax exemption

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched

  • Please ensure your contact email is valid to receive shipping updates

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Full recipient name

  • Accurate delivery address (incl. postal code)

  • Phone number with country code

  • Valid email address

Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may experience delays or failed delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy 

At TAORESS, we take every step to ensure the quality and safety of your order. However, in the rare event of an issue, we are committed to resolving it fairly and respectfully.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours.
    After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution—either:

    • A free replacement

    • Or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

  • If you receive the wrong item, we will:

    • Resend the correct item,

    • Or offer a refund or monetary compensation upon agreement

Each case will be handled individually, and we are open to reasonable discussion.

📷 What to Do if Something Goes Wrong

Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order number and contact details

We will respond promptly and find the most suitable solution with you.

🔁 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and energetic nature of our offerings, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized spiritual services (e.g. Ba Zi, date selection, Feng Shui analysis)

  • Consecrated or custom ritual items (e.g. talismans, activated bracelets)

  • Any item that has been worn or spiritually adjusted

These are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be reused or resold.
